Year 4 General Information.
Homework
Spellings are set on a Monday for a test the following Monday.
Maths homework is set on a Monday and due back the following Monday. This term we will be aiming for children to complete 10 minutes on the 'Garage' section of Times Table Rockstars each week and 2 'Soundchecks'. Teachers will monitor this online.
Please refer to the enrichment grid for optional topic homework.
We really appreciate the support you can give your child to help them with their homework, spellings and to hear them read 5 times a week. Please log any reading on Boom Reader for your child to have a chance to win a book from the vending machine. Again, teachers will be monitoring this online.
PE
This half term, our PE day will be Wednesdays and Thursdays. Please ensure your child wears PE kit to school on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
General
Please ensure your child has a water bottle in school and a hat/sun cream, or a rain coat, weather depending.
